Sometime business is good, sometime is not. This week, we had severe customer satisfaction issue with a « The Brick » franchise store in Victoriaville,QC. Unlike what the store manager / franchise owner liked to repeat to us, feedbacks are NOT all good on his store and it was quite hard to settle down this issue in store or by the regional distribution centre in Montreal area. To make it worst, franchise stores are not corporate stores and they are not covered by the nationwide corporate customer service departement.
