Following the Veolia - Transdev merger, Veolia has changed its vehicle numbering system in 2011 and took the Trandev Limocar system by adding a vehicle type number in front of the three first digits (serial) of the original numbers. The two last digits (the home division where the vehicle is based) have been replaced by the new division numbers and the last year of the manufacturing year.

If a 2011 Prevost H3-45 motorcoach (8) based out of St. Jean (25) was numbered 12304, for example,
its new number would be something like 8123-25-1.

Second exemple: 878-05-3 (ABB-CC-D) = it would be the motorcoach (8 = A) #78 (78 = BB) based out of the Limocar Estrie (05 = CC) division built in 1993 or 2003 or 2013 (3 = D).
